On June 1, 2009, Harvey Weinstein tendered his resignation as a director of Live Nation, Inc. (the "Company") effective immediately. Mr. Weinstein’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Weinstein did not serve as a member of any committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
